I'm Elena Gnut — a pastry chef with 8 years of experience, whose work collects thousands of saves on Instagram.

I baked as a child — simply because I loved it. Grew up, and it faded into the background. I came back to it as an adult — after reading a simple idea: what we did as children for no reason at all is our true calling. I tried again. Then came masterclasses across different countries, full rooms, big checks. Time passed. This course is a new chapter. Not because it's a trend. Because I've accumulated enough to pass on.
